Holly was very helpful, she answered all of our questions which was alot of them . We are very glad that we had her help. We were just looking and after talking to her we ended up buying a different bed than we were thinking about. Great job& very pleasant to talk to.

I was impressed with my salesperson. She showed me a better quality bed mattress for the same price as what I came in to look at. Very diligent in finding a mistake on my invoice that saved me money. I'll be back. Thank you.

Very pleased with my shopping experience at the Bemidji SLUMBERLAND store I went in to purchase a mattress, Holly was very helpful showed me some different options explained the differences between the products ,I will definitely go back for future purchases,Thanks Holly!

We went to the store on a Sunday to purchase a mattress. We found the one we want and it was in stock. But we couldn’t leave with it because there was no loading staff. If you are going to see furniture, you should be able to provide the service so people can go home with their merchandise. This is extremely inconvenient for us as we live 45 minutes away. And you wouldn’t even offer free shipping for the inconvenience. Yesterday when we wanted to take the bed home there was no rain. Now today my husband has to drove back to bemidji and it’s going to be raining all day. The bed is going to fit our needs right now but I really don’t think I we will shop here in the future this was a very frustrating experience. This has cost you guys a new living room set. We are moving into a new house soon and are going to be purchasing all new living room furniture. The purchase will be made else where now.

So far so good. Only drawback is the time it takes to get the product, but it isn't Slumberland's fault. Couch and tv table seem very nice.

What a great day! From the moment we walked in Holly was there to greet us and answer every question that we had. She went out of her way to make sure we were as comfortable and familiar with everything we were looking for. The prices were fair. This is definitely a place I look forward to coming back to.

I was looking for a couch, I found one that I liked but it was on sale only through the following day. I wanted to look around some more, so I didn't get it. I think in general Slumberland is known more for their mattresses and bedroom furniture. I've heard that they make a good recliner, too. I thought their store could have been better laid out. It was crowded. It would be difficult for a person in a wheelchair or using a walker to navigate. There was handicapped parking.

We were greeted promptly as we entered the store. The sales rep showed us the items we wanted to purchase and wrote down the prices of the items. She answered our questions promptly. We made two separate purchases. And she was with us all the time.

I went not really knowing what was out there, I was just shopping to get an idea. When we walked in Heather was there right away to help us out and point us to where we needed. She asked all the right questions and really knew what we wanted before we did. She also didn’t try to push a higher priced mattress either. There was no pressure and let us try them out on our own and try to relax on them. I walked out with a new mattress very excited and pleased with the whole experience. We will definitely be returning!

We went to two other furniture stores before Slumberland, we were greeted but then left to look around by ourselves and did not find what we looking for, but at Slumberland Heather was with us from start to finish and answered all of our questions and found exactly what we were looking for. Great shopping experience.

Clean store friendly staff but slow on the buying process. But b they are pleasant while you are waiting for them to finish ordering your stuff. I had a big order so it took longer than it probably would of if I just got a few things

It is always a pleasant and efficient experience dealing with slumberland bemidji. Usually my first stop for furniture needs. Doesn’t hurt that the staff is pretty easy on the eyes as well😏🙂

Kayla was great! I wasn't pressured, I wanted to just look over things myself so she gave me space but checked in with me enough to answer my questions. Based on there being low pressure for sales, that's the main reason I bought my furniture here.

It was good. Heather was very helpful in explaining the different beds and pricing.

My husband and I stopped in to look at beds that were in the Labor Day Sale ad. Heather greeted us almost immediately. I told her our needs and she did not try to pressure us into spending more. She did suggest a similar bed than the one in the ad, but more comfortable and with the added discounts, ended costing less than the ad one. Looking forward to getting the bed in a couple of days and seeing if it as comfortable as I remember.

I came in for a bed frame and left five minutes later with it in my car. The sales associate was extremely helpful and efficient! Great shopping experience!

Kayla was very helpful. She showed me where the chairs were that I was looking for, suggested I try the ones and let me shop and try each recliner until I found the one I was looking for.
